How do we make Aneto 100% Natural Puchero Broth?
We select the best meats, beef, pork ribs, Serrano ham, free-range chicken, and the freshest vegetables. We carefully wash all the vegetables and simmer all the ingredients for more than 3 hours.
Because there is only one way to make natural stock: as you do it at home, as we do at Aneto.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened, it can be kept for up to 4 days in the fridge (+4°C), and up to 1 month in the freezer (-18°C).
Aneto Natural Stew Broth 1L
We cook 1 litre of this broth only with Fresh and Natural ingredients:
1 litre of water, ½ knuckle of beef (12%), 4 pork ribs (8%), 1 bone of Serrano ham (4%), 1 piece of fresh free-range chicken (3%), ½ onion, 1 carrot, 1 handful of rice, 2 cabbage leaves, 1 handful of chickpeas, ¼ leek, ½ potato, 1 branch of celery, ¼ clove of garlic. 1 pinch of sea salt.
