Preparation:
- Pour the content of the broth can into a pan or into an earthenware casserole (with a diameter of approximately 32 cm). Fill the empty can with water and add it to the broth.
- When it begins to boil, add the rice, and mix well for an even distribution. Allow to boil on a high flame for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to a medium flame and continue to cook until all of the broth is absorbed (approximately 13 minutes).
- Withdraw it from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This product already contains salt, but it may be adjusted to taste.
Suggestion
Start preparing the Paella following the instructions. 10 minutes after the water starts boiling, add mussels and some clams and let them cook during the recommended time.
